Our History

Its portfolio of properties in Malaga and Madrid total more than 73,000 m² of GLA (Gross Leasable Area), including office buildings, commercial premises, residential (housing) and a themed shopping centre, CC El Ingenio, located in the town of Vélez-Málaga.

Edificio Marqués de Larios, 4

Marqués de Larios, 4 was built around 1888-1890. This nineteenth-century bourgeois style building was designed by architect Eduardo Strachan Viana-Cárdenas, who introduced Chicago school style architecture to the city of Malaga.

El Ingenio Shopping Centre

El Ingenio opened in the year 2000 and is named after the old sugar refinery, a once traditional crop in the area of Vélez-Málaga.
