(Salsa Patrimonio), has recently been awarded the prestigious LEED® Platinum certification, awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council, and WELL Certification™ Platinum, issued by the Green Business Certification Inc.
These recognitions place Alfonso XI, 12 as a reference in sustainability, health and efficiency in the real estate sector, both nationally and internationally.
Commitment to sustainability and well-being
LEED Platinum certification accredits that Alfonso XI, 12 meets the highest standards of sustainability in existing buildings, consolidating its role as a leading example of leadership in the ecological transformation of the built environment. This certification not only endorses the building’s energy efficiency, but also its positive impact on the environment and the community.
The WELL Platinum certification recognises the building’s commitment to the health and well-being of its occupants. This distinction reflects a firm commitment to creating spaces that improve people’s quality of life by meeting rigorous criteria related to air quality, water, light, food, physical activity, comfort and emotional state.

It should be noted that, since 2017, Alfonso XI, 12 has also been BREEAM® certified, one of the most recognised environmental assessment methodologies for buildings in Europe, having obtained the ‘A most efficient’ rating for energy efficiency of the finished building.
