BREEAM certification of the Larios 3 building: a new step forward in responsible property management

In line with this approach, the BREEAM certification of the Larios 3 building represents a new recognition for one of the company’s assets, located in the heart of Málaga.
The property, located at 3 Marqués de Larios Street, was assessed in accordance with the BREEAM ES In-Use V6 Commercial scheme, achieving a score of 59.61% and a “Very Good” rating in the Building category (Part 1). The certificate was issued on 14 August 2026 and is valid until 14 August 2029.
A comprehensive assessment of the building
BREEAM is an assessment methodology that analyses different aspects related to a building’s performance and characteristics. In the case of Larios 3, the assessment covers several categories linked to the sustainability and overall performance of the property.
Among the results obtained, the scores achieved in Transport and Resilience stand out in particular, both with 78 points, as well as Resources, with 66 points, and Health and Wellbeing, with 63 points. The assessment also covers areas such as energy, water, pollution, and land use and ecology, providing a comprehensive overview of the asset’s characteristics.
Obtaining this certification provides an external and structured assessment of the building, while also helping to identify opportunities for improvement and supporting continued progress towards increasingly efficient and responsible property management.
