Mercedes – Benz Group Services Madrid S.A. has chosen the city of Málaga for its new technology services office. The office is located at the iconic Marqués de Larios, 4, one of the few office buildings in Málaga with BREEAM Es In-Use sustainability certification, marketed by Savills and owned by SALSA Patrimonio (Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios).
Mercedes – Benz Group Services (MBGSM) will develop innovation projects, big data, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and finance at this new center for the various companies of the Mercedes – Benz group, with capacity for 60 employees.
The Marqués de Larios, 4 building has over 8,900 m² of Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of modern offices, retail spaces, and rental apartments that have maintained full occupancy since its repositioning. The headquarters of, among other companies, Garrigues, Savills, Mutuactivos Inversiones group Mutua Madrileña, Neinor Homes, Quera, as well as the First Workplaces business center, are already located in the emblematic building.
SALSA Patrimonio, part of the Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios, has a long tradition in managing urban rental properties, with a portfolio of over 76,000 m² of GLA (Gross Leasable Area) in Málaga and Madrid, which includes office buildings, retail spaces, residential properties, and a themed shopping center, El Ingenio, in the town of Vélez-Málaga.
