BREEAM certification of the Larios 3 building: a new step forward in responsible property management<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n

Salsa Patrimonio <\/a>continues to make progress in its commitment to quality and the improvement of the properties within its portfolio. In line with this approach, the BREEAM certification of the Larios 3<\/strong> building represents a new recognition for one of the company\u2019s assets, located in the heart of M\u00e1laga. <\/p>\n\n

The property, located at 3 Marqu\u00e9s de Larios Street, was assessed in accordance with the BREEAM ES In-Use V6<\/strong> Commercial scheme, achieving a score of 59.61% and a \u201cVery Good\u201d rating in the Building category (Part 1)<\/strong>. The certificate was issued on 14 August 2026 and is valid until 14 August 2029. <\/p>\n\n

A comprehensive assessment of the building<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

BREEAM is an assessment methodology that analyses different aspects related to a building\u2019s performance and characteristics. In the case of Larios 3, the assessment covers several categories linked to the sustainability and overall performance of the property. <\/p>\n\n

Among the results obtained, the scores achieved in Transport and Resilience stand out in particular,<\/strong> both with 78 points, as well as Resources, with 66 points, and Health and Wellbeing, with 63 points<\/strong>. The assessment also covers areas such as energy, water, pollution, and land use and ecology, providing a comprehensive overview of the asset\u2019s characteristics.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

Obtaining this certification provides an external and structured assessment of the building, while also helping to identify opportunities for improvement and supporting continued progress towards increasingly efficient and responsible property management. <\/p>\n\n
