The El Ingenio shopping center, owned by Salsa Patrimonio and managed by MVGM, faces the summer with excellent results and a consolidated commercial offer that positions it as one of the main shopping and leisure destinations in the Axarquia region.<\/p>\n\n

With an occupancy rate of 100%, El Ingenio maintains its commercial surface practically complete, a reflection of its strength as a reference space for national and international operators. Firms such as Zara, Mango, H&M, Dunnes Stores, Eroski Hypermarket, JD Sport, Primor, Rituals, Stradivarius, Oysho, Pull&Bear, Guess, Women’Secret, Media Mark or Tienda Animal are part of a commercial mix designed for all audiences, to which is added a powerful offer of restaurants and leisure to enjoy throughout the summer. <\/p>\n\n

The accumulated data for January, February, March, April and May confirm this positive evolution: the center has registered a 4.24% increase in footfall compared to the same period in 2024 and a 6.17% increase in sales, consolidating its growth in an increasingly competitive environment.<\/p>\n\n

El Ingenio continues to be committed to a complete visitor experience, with improved services, air-conditioned spaces and a program adapted to the summer season, designed for the enjoyment of families, young people and visitors from all over the province.<\/p>\n\n

With more than twenty years of experience, El Ingenio is consolidated as one of the great commercial engines of the eastern Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n\n
