The premises covers an area of 78 m\u00b2 and enjoys an exceptional location, where <strong>the pastry chef offers<\/strong> <strong>the most sought-after cheesecakes in the whole of Madrid,<\/strong> right by some of the city&#8217;s hottest restaurants such as Bel Mondo and La Maruca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>SALSA Patrimonio<\/strong>, owned by<strong> Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios, <\/strong>has a long tradition in urban property lease management.
