The El Ingenio shopping center, owned by Salsa Patrimonio and managed by MVGM, continues to consolidate its position as a commercial and leisure reference in the Axarquía with the incorporation of a new restaurant operator: Mercado de la Sureña.
Located on the top floor of the complex, the new space occupies an area of more than 120 m² distributed between kiosk and terrace, and is part of the Restalia Group, one of the leading organized catering groups in Spain. With this opening, El Ingenio reaches 100% occupancy in its restaurant area, a milestone that reflects the strength and attractiveness of its gastronomic offer.
Mercado de la Sureña arrives at the shopping center with a menu designed for sharing, which includes some of the products most in demand by the public: raciones, montaditos, hamburgers, hot dogs, salads and a selection of appetizers ideal for all tastes. In addition to this, there are outstanding promotions such as the 2×1 in rations on Thursdays or the well-known Euromania on Sundays and Wednesdays, designed to attract a diverse and familiar public.
This incorporation comes in a year of special dynamism for the El Ingenio restaurant area, which has also recently added the opening of a Llao Llao establishment, thus expanding the variety of options and consolidating this space as one of the busiest areas of the center.
