The building’s façade has been recently restored following the fundamental principles of architectural restoration for protected assets, preserving its authenticity and historical value without altering its original essence.
The intervention has been carried out with a minimal alteration approach, prioritizing reversibility and ensuring compatibility between the new materials and the existing ones.
Each action has been carefully documented, ensuring the traceability of the process and the preservation of the building’s construction history.

- Cleaning and painting of façades, pilasters, and cornices, respecting the original colors.
- Treatment of the exposed brick surfaces through cleaning, repair, and protection with natural varnishes.
- Restoration and painting of ironwork and balconies with anti-corrosive coating.
- Replacement of the wooden closures with new mimetic elements, faithful to the original design in wood and glass.
