Salsa Patrimonio (Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios) has signed an agreement with the multinational KPMG to expand their office space in the Marqués de Larios 3 building in Málaga. This is the result of a long-standing relationship of mutual trust between the landlord and tenant.
The international firm, specializing in audit, tax, legal, and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, risk consulting, and business advisory, has formalized the expansion of its office space after seven years in the building, now occupying a total area of over 700 m².
The Marqués de Larios 3 building, owned by Salsa Patrimonio, is a distinctive and prominent building in the area, known for the quality of its interior spaces and exterior image. The building offers spacious and modern rental offices and is currently in the process of obtaining certification for sustainable use.
With this new agreement, Salsa Patrimonio strengthens its position in managing high-quality urban rental properties, particularly in the office sector, and expresses its gratitude for the trust and ongoing relationship with KPMG.
Currently, Salsa Patrimonio manages a portfolio of properties in Málaga and Madrid, with over 79,000 square meters of GLA (Gross Leasable Area), which includes office buildings, retail spaces, residential units, and a themed shopping center, El Ingenio, in the town of Vélez-Málaga.
