Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of the Lazcano 8 building, located in a strategic location in the historic center of Malaga. This project, which responds to new trends in residential use in urban environments, incorporates an innovative housing model based on coliving, a flexible housing modality that combines private units with common living spaces.
The building houses 62 housing units, managed under the flexliving model by the specialized operator Suiters, and is configured as a residential solution especially adapted to new user profiles that value connectivity, community and flexibility.
The project contemplates a gross leasable area (GLA) of 3,386 m2, of which:
- 2,238 m2 are for fully equipped private rooms
- 1,149 m2 correspond to shared common areas, aimed at facilitating interaction and community life.
With this intervention, we reaffirm our commitment to efficient and sustainable real estate management, developing housing proposals that adapt to new urban lifestyles, while promoting the regeneration of consolidated urban spaces.
